I hereby declare for the purposes of the provisions of art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679 of the P. E. and of the Council of 27 April (RGPD) hereby provide my consent for the processing of my personal data indicated above, to Serro & Andrade, Lda. , Collective Person n.nº 509755780, with headquarters at Rua Eugénio de Castro, 248 2 S237, 4100-225 Porto, which shall keep on their respective websites, at all times, the identity of the persons responsible for the treatment, with the strict purpose of integration into the candidates' database, exclusively for the purposes of recruitment and selection, and during the period of time that the recruitment lasts, plus two years, unless of my own accord or for reasons of force majeure, the conditions necessary for my participation in this recruitment are no longer fulfilled. In the latter case, the data may be kept for the purpose of identifying future opportunities or for statistical purposes, without time limit, provided that they are anonymised, pseudonymised or encrypted in such a way that they no longer constitute personal data for the purposes of the law. This declaration constitutes sufficient authorisation for the processing of my personal data. The personal data whose processing is authorized by the present declaration may not be used for any direct marketing purposes or others of a commercial nature, including profiling or for any other automated decisions and may be subject to portability under the terms of art. 20 of the RGPD. Serro & Andrade, Ltd. undertake to comply with the provisions of the Law of Protection of Personal Data, as well as other applicable legislation, namely, not to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, alter, delete, destroy, disseminate, transmit, disclose or in any other way make available to third parties the personal data to which they have had access or that are transmitted to them, without being expressly authorized to do so, undertaking to use them exclusively for the purposes for which they were collected, refraining from any use out of context, either for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties. I further declare, under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of Articles 13 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April that I have taken note of the following rights which I am entitled to with regard to my personal data contained in the aforementioned database: a. Withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data; b. To oppose to the continuity of the treatment of my personal data; c. To request to the responsible of the treatment of my personal data the access to them, as well as the respective correction or erasing, including the exercise of the "right to be forgotten"; d. To present a complaint to the CNPD, obtaining, for the effect, with Serro & Andrade, Lda. the contacts of the same; e. To be informed, on request, about the purposes of the treatment, the categories of data involved, the identity of the recipients to whom they have been disclosed and the conservation period of my personal data; f. To be informed about which personal data are being treated and any available information about the origin of these data, by electronic means, if not the present document. 4 g. the right to consult, access, rectify, update or delete my personal data made available in the scope of the registrations and applications submitted under this Regulation, by means of communication, for that purpose, by email to Serro & Andrade, Lda.
